As someone who generally hates the taste of protein powders the vanilla one was great! I use it in my smoothies and it tastes so good and smells amazing. The protein powder does not have the chalky taste that many other brands have which I liked. Definitely recommend especially for the price.

Highest amount of protein that I have found and it mixes easily without having to use a blender. One scoop is 34 grams and it mixes with milk, water, or even coffee. This is my favorite protein supplement and I am grateful to my son for finding it for me
