This is a great option if you’re looking for a relatively lightweight med ball that has good bounce. We can use this for lateral and overhead training as well as slams and carries. It seems to be holding up pretty well so far after a few weeks of use and for the price I think is worth it.

If you've ever used a medicine ball for CrossFit, otherwise known as a wall ball, then you know what you're getting. It's in great shape one of the arrived, the weight is just as you'd expect, it's nice and smooth, so the grip is not grippy yet, no weird smells and the size of what you'd expect it to be. I'm glad I bought it.

The 14lb medicine ball from ProsourceFit: ~PRO’S~ It’s a LARGE medicine ball. The other balls from ProsourceFit seem to generally be the same size even if they’re in different weight classes Softer and nicer feel vs the other rubberized weighted balls filled with sand. It is cheaper than most other Medicine Balls ~CONS~ My particular 14lb ball from ProsourceFit IS NOT balanced very well. I’ll describe it as “lopsided” I have concerns about the stitching. It doesn’t look very durable judging from the build, but at the same time, I haven’t used it but a few times. *I have another 25lb medicine ball from another company I purchased here on Amazon. It is $20 more but- it’s heavier, made very well, and well balanced. The only reason I purchased the ProsourceFit ball was despite it being lighter, the ProsourceFit ball is LARGER than the 25lb’er. If you have-to-have a LARGE ball, go with the ProsourceFit ball. If you’re looking for quality, go with another brand. This truly is a “get what you pay for” ball. I used these waited balls for “explosive” type exercises where I’m throwing them up and catching them. I wouldn’t used this for slamming into the ground or a wall. Doesn’t look like it will handle much pressure without the seems bursting.

If my hands are really dry, it can be a little slippery otherwise the texture is great. Great for an ab workout.

Hyrox wall ball training ball. Wanted a 6kg as that's the race weight but this was 6.8kg which I thought I'd try as very good price. Actually turned out the perfect purchase as its great to train with a slightly heavier ball then go race with a lighter one. Very well made and good balance which doesn't seem like a big issue till you pick up a cheap ball where the weight isn't central in the ball and realise how awkward it feels when it's wrong
