DURABILITY: Okay, I am a hard-on-her-stuff girlie that buys 2 of everything b/c I anticipate breaking things...but, so far, so good! While other reviewers said they experienced the silver knobs/buttons breaking off, I have *not* experienced this. The silver knobs/buttons are perfectly sturdy 2 weeks in with continual use from not just anyone, but like I said, a murphy's-law-girlie. ;) lol Even if they did fall off I wouldn't be mad about it with the $11.99 price. USABILITY: Also, I can easily use all the buttons on my iPhone in this phone case. BONUS: This phone case has gotten me compliments everywhere I go. But really...everywhere. :) It's so *not-even-a-little-bit-RENGARD!* ;) AESTHETIC: This phone case really looks like an old camera and bonus it is such a vibe. #Emily_in_Paris_fans_unite MORE ON THE STRAP: I never tried the strap because other reviewers said it was too short anyway. Instead I opted for ordering a longer strap. Search for the following on Amazon: "LIVE UP Full Grain Genuine Leather Adjustable Replacement Strap for Cross Body Bag Purse, 43-51 Inches" If you are gentle you can fit the large hooks of the above leather, crossbody, shoulder strap into the loops of this phone case. Full disclosure: the hooks of this strap won't have enough room to swing around in the loops of the phone case because it's a tight squeeze there... but they technically fit! I've been wearing my phone in my new phone case like a purse (just like Emily in Paris from the Netflix series) and I love it. PROS: (1) great quality for the $11.99 price (2) get compliments everywhere (3) can still easily use all the buttons/volume control/etc. on your iPhone (4) so far, so good, sturdy-wise (5) it *really* looks like a vintage camera (6) If you drop your phone face-down, there's enough of a ridge that your phone screen won't hit the ground directly (albiet the ground surface is flat like concrete) (7) this phone case is such a vibe! ~~~~~ <3 (8) If you are an Emily in Paris fan, this phone case is for you. (9) The neutral colors of the phone case (black + silver) go with every outfit. CONS: (1) You *must* buy another strap if you want a strap long enough to wear it like 'Emily in Paris' does around her shoulder. (2) The strap this phone case comes with is flimsy (and again too short to wear like Emily.) (3) The strap included with this phone case is so RENGARD! (Buy the above strap I suggested though and you will be aces, baby!)

We have been buying the same phone case for my SO for about 3 years now. She loves it, and she gets at least one compliment on it any time we go out, and no I'm not kidding. It is an eye catcher. If that doesn't say it all... The quality is good. It fits phones well (we have never had a fit issue). It seems to offer good protection on the back, but ensure you use this with a screen protector. It does not have a lip around the front and this will not protect you if you drop your phone. It's got a good grip. You probably won't fit this thing in your pocket. It fits well in purses and you're pretty much guaranteeing you never lose your phone because it won't fit between cushions or in small places.

Pros: Fits well. Protects phone. Looks fantastic! People always ask “is it a real camera?” I get compliments every day. I started watching the cheesy show “Emily in Paris” AFTER buying this phone case just to see what the hype was. Had not heard of it until looking for this case. I did not take the phone case to Paris. But I did take it to Hamburg and Berlin, Germany, as well as Belfast and Dublin, Ireland. I live in LA/Hollywood, so it’s complimented just as much here. I bought it cos I’m a child of the 70s, 80s, 90s and I had a “real” camera like this old 35mm and loved it! I used it for photography class until upgrading. That’s when we processed real film! Not digital! Cons: two of the buttons fell of easily and I lost them. I recommend reinforcing with glue BEFORE they’re lost. However, the camera still looks good! The case is still sturdy.

I actually bought this beautiful phone case back in February of 2022 and the countless compliments I have received made it even so much more fun to carry. The design itself is aesthetically beautiful as well as realistic. In fact, it looks so real that some of my friends were asking me for the camera model while at a wedding. However, the paint that is used to emulate the digits around the camera lens does wear off rather quickly. But, the materials used such as the hard plastic and rubber are pretty durable. It is now 2025 and I am still using it daily, because my other regular phone case broke a while ago. As worn out as it looks now, I am still getting occasional compliments. My advice about this phone case is to only use it as a mere accessory when going clubbing eating out or some other public fun activities. It is worth the buy and so much fun to show off and look fashionable!

This is a very cute phone case. Everyone thought it was cool. But, I guess I wanted something that hung a bit lower when using the strap, and it didn't work with a strap I already had. The case is lightweight since it's made of plastic. And it is a little iffy in a small evening bag. I still think it's cool, and the price was not bad, but ultimately, I didn't end up using it for the event I got it for.

The hooks that clip to the loops on the case, unexpectedly unhook. Not sure how this happens but you can definitely loose or drop your phone if your relying on these to stay intact. I love the look of the case and bought it so I don’t drop my phone when taking pics over the side of our boat etc but now it defeats the purpose of why I bought it.

I looove this case. I have had it for about 5 months now and the markings have kind of worn down but i still get compliments everywhere i go. It looks like a real camera and people double take to see what it is. The strap is removable which is super convenient

Love this 3D case. Was a little worried it would be too bulky for pockets or holding (but was reassured but the fact you can remove the 3d portion if needed) but actually the 3d portions act a little like a ring holder so I find it’s easier to hold my phone than before. My only criticism is the the power and volume buttons which are harder to press (as they are covered) so if you don’t have strong fingers or suffer with arthritis this might be suitable for you. Wasn’t sure I’d ever use the strap but actually can see this would be useful on a girls night out / on the dance floor as a way to carry your phone (and camera!) without having to actually hold it. Will be interested to see how well the print on the ‘camera lens’ holds up. I’ve already noticed scratching in the week I’ve been using but probably need to get used to putting my phone face down on a table. Would buy again, although it’s new to me so can’t speak for longevity. Interestingly I havnt dropped it yet and that’s usually a problem I frequently have!!
