Heats fast, works fast, no complaints there. Only complaint is that the built-in "kickstand" isn't nearly wide or heavy enough and it WILL fall unless you spend a minute just fussing with it trying to get the balance right. It having a dedicated on/off switch is nice, this is my first hot glue gun with a dedicated switch, and it's a lot better to turn off than to reach for the outlet, heh.

Product comes with type C plug with adapter, this was not specified in description and adapter does not fit well and keeps coming apart. The gun itself is great. But very disappointing for the money.
