Q: I have used it twice and my ear is more clogged than before I used it. I’m assuming this isn’t normal?

There could be alot of build-up. My doctor told me she was surprised I could hear I was so impacted. It took about a week of using the solution and the syringe to clean it out. So, it 'might be' abnormal, but I'd give it a little longer. If you are flushing with the syringe, ai recommend doing it in the shower and use as warm/hot water as you can handle. The steam will help loosen the build-up once the solution has been in there for 10-15 minutes. Good luck!

You might need to do it a second time. If it doesn’t work then you should consult a doctor.
