FirstStrike Rodent Bait 10g - 4lb Bag (31113)

What an amazing and powerful destroyer of rodents. Absolutely amazing! I put a few out as a test and dropped the closed bag. Next day the bag was gone! I found it empty with a big hole chewed in the bag. That was the absolute end of the entire invasion of mice for my house. I couldn't believe it! I don't know why, it dosen't look or smell like anything good. But it seems to act like crack for rodents. Super deadly, use caution of you have children or pets, but worth every penny for me. Wow. Really wow! 2 months later no problems no mice. The absolute best!

Excellent product after three days of placing them in and outside of the home the mice were gone. Nowhere to be seen. I still have a whole bunch left to use

I had an ongoing battle with rats for years. We have a chicken coop and it attracted a family of rats. I put a few of these out and they ate it. I left the bag outside on a shelf. They climed the shelf and got into the rest of the bag and ate the whole thing. Killed the whole family of rats. Awesome stuff.

Spent hundreds on “other” name brands that claims to be the best but none worked like this one. Sure they eliminated a few here and there but this one eliminates the whole herd within days. Hands down the best rodent elimination product out there that will get the job done!Better be ready to pick up deceased rodents within a few days because you’ll have them. Highly recommended and have bought over and over again.

As of this review this is the second bag of this product that I have purchased. I live in a rural part of the USA and having to deal with field mice and brown rats is constant struggle. For personal reasons, I don't want to deal with having an outdoor cat either though I know that would clear up most of my issues. So after having my annual termite protection come in one time last year I also had the exterminator throw out some rat poison to deal with some of the vermin in my sheds and under the crawlspace of the house. These packets are what he used and it was cheaper to just buy these straight from Amazon for $50 (time of purchase) instead of paying the exterminator $75 to throw out roughly 14 packets in random areas. I can say this works and works well, you'll notice a difference in a matter of days after throwing this out. I would give it a perfect score but have noticed that if the individual packet ever loses it's "wet" appearance that it substantially decreases it's effectiveness. The only reason I know that is because after I had a newer batch of vermin move in the older packets didn't seem to effect them at all. Threw out new packets, good to go! It goes without saying but I highly recommend wearing gloves when throwing these out and washing your hands when finished. 4/5, close to perfect rodenticide!

So, I live in a 3 floor home with a basement and these critters were running in here like they ran the place and lived rent free. First, there was only one and I killed it with brute force and everything seemed to be alright at home but then my uncle said a warning, when you kill one, more will appear and I kid you not they started popping up like crazy and I stopped cooking because I didn’t feel it was safe anymore. I did not know what the heck to do to get rid of them my neighbor said to get someone but who the heck has time now a days to wait for a tech or the money for it. So I started scrolling through amazon in search for a potent solution to annihilate these infiltrators. Bought this along with some stations, we don’t have kids but you can never be safe, hey it’s poison. I prepared it all stuffed the stations and one week. ONE WEEK they were all dead. I found the last one because of the stench of its decomposing body. There were only 3. Now I have 4 pounds of poison that are sitting here in my basement but that’s enough ammunition in case they’re cousins twice removed decide to show up. It’s worth it you guys. I’m so happy and no longer embarrassed, I can finally have friends over. Lol

When I say that first strike soft bait is the best, it truly is the best. My boyfriend was a professional exterminator for a little over a year and in that time they only used first strike bait. Living in an older unsealed home makes it easy for mice and rats to get in, when we first moved into our place we’re in now (a family home that most if not all of my family at one point or another has lived in. My aunt, uncles, my father, my grandparents and my aunt and uncles when they were young.) we had a HUGE mice problem so he basically Fort Knoxed this place with first strike and other professional grade bug repellent/killer. It lasted 2 years (that’s when we first moved in).Fast forward to 2 years later (10/30/23) we had our first baby mouse make its way in through our old ass sub floor in our laundry room/shower room. Thankfully we have two adult cats who are 13lbs and 17lbs they play very rough with each other and LOVE to hunt. My biggest cat (Smokey, my baby boy) caught the baby mouse thankfully and we had to immediately order this to also protect our neighbors and ourselves this fall/winter. 10/10 recommend this to anyone who has mice.The only disclaimer I’ll add is this WILL NOT work if the mice have other food sources they’re eating. If you trap them in your house and they have no way out this will most certainly kill them.

Be patient. This is some serious KICK#A$$ stuff. At first I thought it was total punk junk, then on day 4 I started seeing less rats. On day 5 I had 7 dead rats just in the duck run. This is the real deal. It does cost much more than the other stuff but, it's worth it. I have Call ducks and every egg is $10.00. You have to figure the cost versus the gains.
