Monet: Waterlilies (Foiled Journal) (Flame Tree Notebooks)

This will be the 7th Flame Tree notebook I've bought since the covid pandemic hit the UK. I switched from writing a day by day diary to a notebook as I wanted to be free to write more than a single page. The range of covers available is wide and I selected one's that fitted how I felt about the situation here in the UK, the first being the Wilton Diptych, when I thought divine intervention might be required, this was followed by Hokusai's Wave as winter approached and our government was ignoring the science. At the moment I'm not confident that the Monet will be appropriate when I soon finish the current notebook (The Sea at Satta in Suraga Province by Hiroshima) as it's so calm and still. It'll have wait.

Love these notebook, have a few. Takes fountain pen and rollerball ink well.
