The screws on thr battery casing don'turn
Unable to get through screws out of the battery case no matter what screw driver is used it just doesn't turn.

The steam doesn’t work
The product looks good. The sound works but is a bit loud. I followed the instructions for making steam( putting water in the top with the bottle provided) and switched it on. No steam was produced.
