King Arthur Flour, Unbleached Cake Flour Blend, 2 lbs (907 g)

This is my current favorite!I tried a lot of different brands of cake flour, either bleached or some functional like self raising, but all disappointed me…And luckily I found King Arthur, the flour swifts easily, no unpleasant flour smell after baking, highly recommended!

Pleased with my order,it takes a while to arrive,although its made not far from where I Iive but it's difficult to find a shop that stocks itso I have to order online.It works out expensive but its worth it and it lasts a long time,it's good for making the old fashioned'Barmouth Biscuits' which are now unavailable.

I got this flour to use in American recipes that call for cake flour. The result was perfect, very light and tender tight crumbs. I will be buying again. The only problem was short shelf-life, that made me bake more often

I used this kind of flour for the first time on a lemon cake recipe for my mother's birthday. It was so soft, everybody loved it.

Very good quality product. Now I know why Americans like their cake flour. Very impressed but ridiculously expensive. Can't it be produced in the UK without the unnecessary expense?
