Bought this based on reviews. Agree that the taste is great, like apples. For me it’s easier to take than liquid ACV. Tastes better and convenient dose. I decided to try it for gut health.Just tried Goli and Pure tastes better and has a better texture. Goli is stickier.

Like I said I am not sure what these are doing for me. I've been taking the for a couple months now. I will say the taste is wonderful. I like these for the taste alone. They have not helped me lose any weight and I take them along with diet and exercise. I haven't gained any weight either. If you are wanting to just get apple cider vinegar in your diet these are delicious.

I researched this product and its competitors before purchasing. I like the fact the quality of the ingredients are checked and evaluated for potency. This product tastes amazing and I take it with Mother Nutrient Gummies (sold on Amazon). I love the taste (so I save it for last) and it’s helping me lose weight. I also exercise so just eating them to lose weight I’m not sure. It also gives you bowel movements which is why I take it with my super green gummies. The consistency of the gummy is great (not too soft and not to hard). For comparison, I loved the taste of Goli brand but switched to this one after reading about the quality checks Pure does. They both are good but I’ll be sticking with the Pure brand. I highly recommend it.

I had a hard time evaluating these dietary supplement gummies because although I liked the taste, I didn’t experience any of the benefits of taking apple cider vinegar. They are purported to be: -weight loss. -improved digestion through the increased growth of friendly bacteria in the gut.That’s not to say that these gummies are without any benefits, just that I didn’t notice a difference in how I felt. What I like about them are: -the formulation doesn’t contain artificial dyes. -the active ingredients are only apple cider vinegar and ginger extract. -they are relatively safe. The bottle cautions against taking more than eight gummies in 24 hours. -they are GMO-free. -they contain ten calories apiece (not many if you are viewing them as a treat.)The only negative I would offer is the first two ingredients are cane sugar and corn syrup.

I love these because they have a great taste and are dense enough and non-sticky that they don’t get stuck to one another in the bottle. Fabulous flavor, I really enjoy taking these every day.

I find this product very easy to use. Because it is a gummie it is easy to take versus swallowing a big capsule or a hard pill.I prefer the gummies. I was attracted to try this product because of how I understand that Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother is all over beneficial for one's health (cleansing). My personal goal(s) include esp *digestive system wellness* One thing I notice after taking this product for 11 days is that I have had reduced to no complaint about gas/bloating/discomfort. The product appears to work well overall for my digestive concerns. Of note: First couple days I only took one serving (2 gummies). Then I wanted to see if I noticed further difference if I took another serving/day. (increased to 4 gummies/day). I'm not sure that I noticed much if any further difference. I just notice that this product overall seems to very gently improve my digestive system function. And I would much rather have gummies than have to drink apple cider vinegar w/mother in liquid form.

Im on my 4th dose, There is nothing negative to say, Product arrived on time, exactly as described, no side effects, affordable, time will tell how well it works, so far so good, I plan to order again
