Affordable Maintenance: Replacing the filters is straightforward and cost-effective, with replacement filters priced reasonably. This ensures that maintaining the purifier is hassle-free and doesn’t break the bank. Two options of filters to choose from. Performance: In terms of performance, the Airversa air purifier excels. It quickly and efficiently cleans the air, making a noticeable difference in rooms up to 300 square feet. After a few weeks of use, I can say that I am very pleasantly satisfied with this air purifier. The unit runs quietly, even at higher settings, and feels well built. I purchased this air purifier in November 2022 and it has worked flawlessly. The support for Thread was a key decision maker, as it ensures current and future compatibility across smart home systems. There’s no app to install and it “just works.” Personally, I use HomeKit devices, so the Airversa purifier was setup through the native Apple Home app. It allows me to power on/off the device, adjust fan speed, and shows air quality and temperature within the Home app or by asking Siri. It’s truly a seamless experience and how smart home devices should be — quick setup, no separate app, and never needs to be set up or paired again (even if moved or disconnected from power). The automatic fan speed is also great, as it will detect pollutants and increase the filtration speed, but is still relatively quiet (the noise it does produce on higher speeds is akin to “white noise” and quite soothing). I placed it near a balcony door that I often open in the spring, so when it detects pollen, it will ramp up the speed. This has caused a noticeable reduction of pollen inside my home during those spring months. Additionally, the replacement filters are readily available and comparatively inexpensive to other air purifier brands.

This is my first smart air filter system and I am pretty pleased so far. The initial setup process was really quick and the HomeKit compatibility has worked great so far. The look of this unit is nice with a great display and light and it doesn’t stand out as a cheap gadget aMy only reason for not giving a 5 star review was I used it in a 3d print room and it struggled to pull all of the VOC’s out of the air and I’m not sure the sensor they use tracks vocs. If I were to give advice, more focus on voc’s and a smaller matter supporting unit with a white noise generator would be great for our bedroom. I’ve liked it enough that I’m planning to pick up at least 2 more for covering our whole home!
