Put a cloth between otherwise it's too cold. Don't leave too long in freezer as it will get hard and not to easy to apply on a sensitive wound.Heavy so it will fall off if you walk with it. Better to use when you rest.The 3 parts adapt well to the body. The cold stays long. Value for money.

Nice product to use if you have some discomfort in any part of your body especially in shoulder or knee joints. Nice quality. It might be little heavy to lift for aged persons when the gel is freezed, otherwise a great product.
