This is the type of a vitamin C you should be taking, the bioflavnoids add a lot and make this true vitamin c (similar to if you ate the a slice of lemon rind and all which is actually very good and tasty) Vitamin c that is just ascorbic acid isnt doing much for anyone. Its just a waste of money. This vitamin c really upped my immune support. If i do get sick, im down for less days then before (when i was taking what i thought was vitamin c but it was just straight ascorbic acid) Pill size are just shy of "horse size" they are large, with a slight orange hint. I personally have no problem taking them but keep in mind if you have trouble that these are rather large. I love that I found a brand that's decently priced and includes the bioflavnoids into the ingredients. I take one every morning and if i counted right lasts me approx 3 months (90 days cause one every day) When Im sick (whether bacterial or viral) I take 2 just cause, no real reason other then I want to. One of these a day really helps my body kick out viruses and some minor bacterial infections easier (i always give my body a chance first and go see a doctor if my fever won't go down, im not careless 😀 )

Now supplements seem to be a good brand! This Vitamin C is rather large in capsule shape (pictured atop a US Dime). Some will probably find it difficult to swallow. They're reasonably priced too. We, as consumers, just have to trust that we are getting what we ordered with any supplements and I have no reason to believe anything is different in this instance. I like that it's buffered to help it go easy on your stomach. I have no negatives regarding this product.

Good, quality C vitamin. The price is not bad either. The pills are a bit on a large size but then all of the C vitamins on the market that I know of come in these large pills, unless you take it as liquid or chewable. Here's what's inside per serving (1 pill): ✔ Vitamin C, 1000mg: Ascorbic Acid. Well, we all know what this is. ✔ Citrus Bioflavonoid Complex, 100mg: Citrus bioflavonoids help the vitamin C to be used effectively by the body. They also lengthen the effectiveness of vitamin C by slowing down its breakdown. ✔ Rutin Powder, 25mg: Rutin is a citrus flavonoid glycoside. It's found in buckwheat, apples, and some berries. This one most likely comes from citrus fruits. An interesting fact: Citrus Bioflavonoids, including Rutin and Hesperidin (not mentioned on the label) are also known as Vitamin P. More effective than a straight up vitamin C. Recommended.

I'm alternating between ascorbic acid and calcium ascorbate vitamin c now.

vitamin C is critical for life, like there are to many reasons to list. I take mine at night, I sleep better, feel better and...ahem go..better💩 No taste, as it's a pill. Good value for money with larger bottles, and the quality is on point, you can tell because of the pooing moref Cool thing to know there are a few different types of vitamin C and the one to get is called calcium ascorbate., Which this is, the brand sells both this one is more costly because it works.

NOW is my go to! This VitC is easy to swallow and no burp up after taste. afterwards. The value for the money is on point. Take daily for immune system. Seems to be effective.

Doesn’t upset my stomach, I have bloating issues as well as GERD and a hiatal hernia. I would highly recommend for getting the most vitamin C without adverse side affects.

These are high quality supplements that I've come to expect from Now brand. There seems to be a misunderstanding with people concerning math and the fundamentals of matter. If you want something that is an entire gram PLUS several hundred mg of other ingredients (bioflavonoids), they're going to be big. Are these huge? No. If you're used to eating real food, a hamburger or sandwich, you regularly swallow bites much larger than this. It's all in your head. I swallow these along with 5 or 6 other supplements that I take. Don't think about pills. Think about a thick juicy steak as you swallow. If you can't do that, get pills that have less vitamin c in them and take several. Don't complain about a company selling you exactly what you asked for. And removing stars for that? That's just wrong.
