This actually works!
I have an expensive pair of riding boots where the thick rubber sole had split right across the sole - the sole had basically broken in two right through to the insole. As these boots get a lot of heavy duty use I wasn't holding out much hope for a repair but thought I'd give it a try. I must have tried 4 or 5 different glues (shoe repair glue, heavy duty adhesive, rubber glue) but nothing worked and I was just about to give up and throw away the boots but gave it one last try with this stuff - AMAZING!!!!! it really works and a couple of weeks of heavy duty use later the repair is still holding. Now for the downside....Ask previous reviewers have mentioned it is very difficult to work with and you have to be extremely careful. The main problem is that the glue is so viscous - it is incredibly runny, not like a gel or any other normal glue so preparation is key. If you need to fill a gap you need to make sure that the liquid can't run out anywhere - line the sides with duct tape, fill the bottom of the split / break / crack with something - it's like water and if it can find a way out it will. Also be aware that it can dry a little opaque / milky white so isn't ideal if you want a nice clean finish. Taking all that into account though if used properly it works and it's the only thing I found that did so five stars.

Superb glue it is flexible and extremely strong.
I like that it is extremely strong and flexible. I have used it to repair lots of things from tents to shoes and boots.I had just finished the last tube. However once opened you must store it in the freezer.

Waterproof shoe glue
Sole had started to part company with uppers on my waterproof boots. After some research I took a punt on this stuff. Viscous liquid consistency which makes application pretty easy. 12 hours later, had cured as promised (reminder of tube put in freezer as per instructions) and, after a few weeks of mixed uses (urban, forest; wet, dry) the bond is solid and holding, including on most flexed areas of the welts. Time will tell on longevity but initial results excellent.

Works great on inflatable hot tub.
Impressed with how effective this is.Bought it to seal small holes on a hot tub. Has worked for each one. First time. First two have been in place for over a year now. They are even in the top of the tub where people sit.Repairs didn’t even need a patch and just bridge the hole and contain the air pressure.

Strong glue but flexible - ideal for diy footware repair
Pros as I experienced them.I rebuilt the heals of my walking boots (for about the town not the countryside use), glued my work shoes back together as the soles had come adrift and sealed cracks in a water proof backpack ( the backpack flexes a lot where the cracks were). The walking boots took about 1.5cm of the glue at the thickest point and its still there a year on (abeit a little reduced due to wear and tear). The front of the work shoe sealed better than expected (2yrs plus along) and after a polish is not noticeable - I sealed the other shoe was resealed where it flexes (6 months along). The backpack is now water proof again (6 months along).Overall, the glue works like no other I have found. It is very good at glueing things together and its biggest benefit is that it is flexible and so avoids cracking and de-lamination caused by movement of the materials it is adhered to.Cons - needs to be mass produced and thus benefit from the associated cost reduction. Also, needs to be commercialised in stores for ease of access.

Doesn’t work
Bought this to fix some Aigel wellies. Glued the slit in the boot, left to dry for 24h and it lasted about an hour of walking the next day.Went back to do another repair about two weeks later and the adhesive had hardened to much at the top of the tube I couldn’t use it again - even the stabber in the lid could not remove the blockage.
