Easy to use
For my daughter age 9 did the trick. For well and solved our issues.

Rawlings helmets run large.
Rawlings helmets run big - I am a 7 1/2 hat size, according to Rawlings I’d take a large helmet. I needed these pads to tighten the size, I think a medium would have been tight, easy to install. Only problem the pads are wide - I cut the pad to install on the back of the helmet liner! So far so good.

Good enough
Our daughter was between sizes for her batting helmet. We bought these to tighten up the helmet and they did the job. Hopefully the sticky tabs that attach the pads will be strong enough to last through the summer

You do not need super glue.
For all the parents/people on here saying get super glue or some adhesive didn’t try to apply these correctly. All you need to do is put the pads on and actually apply pressure to the other pad it’s sticking to for a good 15 seconds and bam it will stay put. Do it at every point where there is a piece of the tape for maybe 15-20sec each three times on every piece. If you put in the effort you get quality, whoever complained probably didn’t even apply pressure and probably complains about everything in life.

Would not recommend
Super thin pads! Would not recommend, they don't seem to be thick enough to prevent any injury that might happen.

Get some super glue
It worked for it's purpose. But the adhesive pads really didn't hold well even though the surfaces were clean. Used a thin layer of super glue to adhere the velcro discs and it worked way better.
