Has the effectiveness like any other creatine. Texture is good enough.

Fantastic! Doesn't mix too well, but let it sit for about an hour and it'll completely dissipate in the water. Completely tasteless, which is way better than the battery acid flavored creatine I was getting from some other amazon seller. But don't let the "results" advertised (increased muscle mass, increased cognitive ability or whatever) fool you, we all know we're taking this to get that sweet water weight in our muscles, and this creatine is a fantastic choice to do so. 100% would reccomend to a friend, but looking at other reviews, not really sure how these guys are getting 1 lb bags when they ordered 2 lb bags. Maybe I got lucky twice or something. Regardless, it's an easy return/fix if that happens, the results of this creatine are worth the VERY little risk. Let's get BIG

Daily dose of creatine although I don’t like the packaging, I found the seal to be very flimsy but great value for what you pay
