Hartmann Zetuvit E Sterile Absorbent Dressing Pads, 10cm x 20cm, Pack of 25

Iam a Head and Neck Cancer patient who had sustained High degree of Radiation burns around most of my Neck for Six Weeks, this product help with my Neck area being protected so it can heal properly. The cost of them was no problem to myself, The packaging was sealead 100% keeping it sterile which is vital and Important. The ONLY 2 factors that can only say is That if the company can to have another 2 sizes added and that is:- 10cm x 30cm pk 25 and 10cm x 40cm pk 25, as people with this type of medical problem have different size necks and the Burns can be of different area of spread. I hope this helps for the future for others who are having similar treatment as i have, Keep up the good work with this product.

My skin is normally fairly sensitive , however following serious spider bites around both ankles , the skin became inflamed from the poison in the bites and would not accept ANY other dressings at all ..my Home Nursing Team was at their wits end until one nurse brought in some Zetuvit Dressing Pads from their local Specialist Skin Clinic to trial...BLISS ! Wonderful products , and so comfortable … they catch / control all fluids from the wounds , which was a great relief . As that area of skin is still thin , recovery will be slow I was warned, any bumps can split the skin, Zetuvit is a sterile comfort dressing to safeguard my Legs from potential infection etc: a huge reassurance .

Really absorbent. I had bought other dressings to absorb the fluid oozing from mum’s blisters on her lower legs, but they quickly became saturated and therefore needed changing at a ludicrous rate. These absorb for at least a couple of days, without showing through. This is a lot less distressing for mum and also takes up less time. There is only one (minor) downstide in that they adhere to the skin/wound a tiny bit. Not enough really for a negative. They are so much more absorbent than anything else we’ve tried. A big thumbs up.

Good reduced price for a great regular item used on ulcerous leg wounds. Just a tiny bit of damage to box. Great & speedy service-can't fault! Best dressing (I think) to protect wounds. Tried others that are cheaper/thinner, but wounds start bleeding-put these on & bleeding seems to stop-more protection? Makes a difference anyway, so that's good enough for me & my elderly relative! Highly recommended.

The absorbancy of the pad is very good. However the issue I had upon changing the dressing was how it had adhered to the wound. This then caused the newly formed scab to be ripped off and the wound to bleed. Due to an allergy to all adhesive plasters I was unable to secure the dressing on my wound and relied on my under garments to hold in place, hence my rating for comfort. Good value for money considering the size of the dressing.

I had quite a gash on my thigh after a major operation with (ugh) quite a flow of exudates. These pads were excellent and comfortable. They fitted very well in our Tubifast stocking and made wound recovery more practical and probably quicker>
