I bought it in August 2023 , used it about 10 times till now and it stopped working. Complete waste of money .

Used for neck and shoulder use, most comfortable.

Great when it worked, used it only a few times and went to use it again just now and it doesn't heat up at all. Not great value to only last for a few times.

This is now part of my husbands evening routine. Helps with an aching back. Works very well and exactly for the purpose bought.

stopped working after a day, super disappointed, got another one and so far after day 2 its intermittent sometimes works sometimes not, so i suspect i need to get from another brand. Feel sad though as the day it was working i felt huuuge relief in pain heat amount was perfect along with timer upto 6 hours super brill, also the shape of this is great as hugs the shoulders or around hips and stomach area just wish it didnt stop working all time :(Update: so new one not working now too I read it may flash if not plugged in properly and I have tried so many plug sockets and pushing in tighter but does not stop flashing and doesn't turn on. I've got one from another brand and truthfully this is soooo much better hotter and lasts hours but the electrics just are not good at all on this whereas had no problem on new brand. Gutted coz I liked the weight and thickness of this 😢

Not had it 6 months and now won't work. Keeps over heating then stopping working. Not happy

Worked for less than 24 hours then would no longer power on had to return
