Beautiful and high-quality kit
An excellent puller kit. Instead of hitting it with a hammer and hoping it comes out, these pullers remove the ball joint easily and quickly. The box is also beautiful and the pullers are beautiful and strong.

Nice
It’s definitely worked for what I needed. It did take a little bit longer to arrive then expect, but at least it got the job done. Thanks again

Poor Quality Control and Poor Workmanship
The blow mold case is thin....VERY thin. First thing I noticed after removing the shrink wrap plastic was the pieces are not secured in the places they are supposed to be in, like the package went through a giant earthquake. The packing box was fine, just the internals all out of place, and, they are supposed to snap lock into their places. Second thing I notice is that the threads on the smallest pitman arm puller and the ball joint separator are rolled, looks like the items were used. Third thing I found was that the ball joint separator had a giant burr on it. Found that out when I pulled it out and got jabbed pretty bad in my finger. Both the items listed had to be un screwed with a wrench until the drive screw got easy to remove, apx 1/2 of the thread out of the hole in the puller. Thankfully, I was able to remove the burr and clean the threads on the small puller, both internal and external, with a thread chaser. The Ball joint separator was another deal. All of the tools are metric, no big deal, but I had no internal thread cleaning devices. I was able to use a hardened pick and take the debris out of the internal threads, clean up the outer threads and use a bit of anti seize to get the puller drive bolt moving easily. The next thing I found was that the ball joint puller has so much slop in it side to side due to the pin being apx 10mm and the holes almost 12mm. This causes a high load pressing arm to shift sideways in the tool possibly causing a tool failure or damage/failure to removed the part. It took a washer on each side of the press arm to make it so the pushing bolt stays centered on the pushing arm. No pics of the thread issues because I am just a see it, fix it person, but included are the pics of the ball joint separator with and without the washer shims. Very poor quality/final inspections on these. With the amount of slop in the separator, it is possible to have the tool press off kilter and the tool break causing an injury to the user. Harbor Freight would be better I think.
