I had high hopes for this, but it was definitely a waste of money, and I sent it back. First of all the area where the debris is supposed to go up is very narrow in the section is not very good. Plus this thing is heavy.

Light and it isn't loud! Works really well to pick up all the cat hair we have. Would totally recommend.
