These Nexcare Active 360 Degree Maxi Plasters are good quality and water resistant and this pack of 5 features the large size and at the current price each plaster cost around one pound. These maxi plasters have a unique shape which is designed for a better 360 degree seal around the pad which helps to keep out water, dirt and germs. They feature a flexible foam cushion material which stretches and bends to protect cuts, scrapes and blisters – they are water resistant and can stick to damp skin, making them ideal for active lifestyles, sports or hot, humid conditions. Nexcare is a 3M brand and these plasters are made by that Company in the USA and do not contain rubber latex so are suitable for those with certain allergies. I have used Nexcare products before and I have found them to be well made and good value – these plasters are available for around a fiver from Amazon at the time of this review so are good value and the quality is good. An excellent addition to any first aid kit.

I use the Mepore 9cm x 10cm for big wounds and these for slightly smaller wound and there is little to choose between the two though this does have more cushioning than the Mepore. Which is particularly useful at the moment as I have a nasty split just on the back of the upper elbow in an area that is always taking slight knocks during day to day activity. It is also very easy to place, even in awkward places where I can only use one hand, such as the aforementioned wound, and being flexible it is no problem around joints. The only down side is the cost, but as they say, you get what you pay for and these are definitely worth the little bit extra.

My son was pushed by her LOVING young sister and sustained a cut on his head. It was really sore so I needed a plaster that would help with the healing. I had 2 from an existing packet so I needed more. I ordered these and got them second day by Amazon Prime. They are amazing, I used 3 from the pack and it healed nicely. I had shaved his head so that they hold well. Even as the hair was growing, the plaster still stuck well. They are water resistant thought I made an effort to cover the head with a shower cap. He was exposing it splashes of water at School, during PE lessons. Recommended unreservedly. T

Was good at providing protection after carpal tunnel operation on both hands.

Really good. So flexible and soft it can stay on the palm of my hand for 3 days. Could have steronger adhesive.

No good rubbish

Love these plasters But they are very difficult to open. Please can you make the outer cover easier to open & peel.
