There are 4 different sets showing, what's the difference between them?

This isn't exactly the set I bought. However, having looked at this item and its 4 "variations" I can see no difference either. All of the pictures, prices, and descriptions appear to be identical. The set I bought has a different case, but appears to be the same tweezers. It is a really good variety of pretty decent tweezers for a lot of different purposes.
