I use this to time my cold plunge. It’s simply to use and waterproof which is what I wanted rather than risking my phone getting wet.

So many timers make an annoying beep whenever you push the button but that is very distracting for my use. This timer is nice and quiet, keeps good time and easy to handle. So good, I bought two!

I wrote previously that the stopwatch did not work. I now change my review from one to four stars.After initiating the refund process, I ran across a set of FAQ on Amazon. It turns out that you need to hold the start/stop button down for 10 or 15 seconds to get the watch to start. There were no instructions in, or on the box, and there really should be.But the product works. It is simple, with no confusing extras, and in my experience a good product.

I do outrigger canoe racing in the ocean. We have workouts that require timing. This works great but I put velcro on the back and mcgiver other stuff with it in order to affix it either to a leg (where I can watch occasionally while paddling with the crew) or better yet, I can attach it to something else for easier visibility while paddling in the canoe. the ez use of it and the large size of the numbers make it very ez to watch while working out, without it being a pain in the behind to reset, etc.... speed coaches don't work as well because they start running everytime there is the slightest movement and it is hard to get back to time zero fast. This simple timer is way better and way cheaper

I needed an easy to use stop watch for the time I volunteer at a race track. I needed a quick way to determine the lap time of given vehicles so that I'd know when to expect them to come around my corner again. The controls on this watch are easy to use the display is easy to read no matter what the light is like.
