Best in the market.
I have been using a lot of different brands of Thirphla and have found that SKM is the best. All other brands are granular and tend to stick and irritate the throat. This is one of the best remedy for gastric problems, mouth or throat ulcers, and general immunity. Its also excellent for regular motion of the bowel.
