Easily breaks
Great idea but a bit tricky to slot the roof on and for it to stay in place. Roof kept moving upwards. Very easily broken around the windows or the door frame after little use.

Top quality easy to assemble
I loved how easy it was to assemble, just a little tape for the little top part on the roof. Simple!I got this for my son’s Elf on the Shelf he was absolutely delightedHe’s 8 and obviously can’t stand up in the house but can easily slide in and spends a lot of his time in it at the momentHe really enjoyed colouring it in so did I just a big kid at heart

Expensive for quality
Not the best, lasted less than 24 hours as the quality wasn’t great. Would of paid half the price but expensive for what it is

No clear instructions!!!!
Overall I’m happy with my purchase and it’s a great size, my son absolutely loves it, but the instructions were so awful the chimney has ripped whilst trying to attach it! And I still have no clue how it goes on. I wouldn’t say it’s worth what’s being charged as it’s described ‘easy to assemble’ and there’s no instructions just tiny blurry pictures on the box.

Bigger than expected
Ordered this for my three nieces aged 6,3 and 2. They have spent hours in it and all three can fit inside at once. Sturdy and easy to put together
