Great kit, has eveything you'll need
I bought this kit to learn how to crochet and I absolutely love it. The kit has everything I need: a variety of needles, yarn that I can use to practice on and more. Bear in mind that the skeins of yarn are too small to do any adult sized items, but they're great for making practice items to really get the hang of the stitches and learning the basics. The smallest needle is 0.6mm and the largest one is 6mm. I love the carrying case as well, it makes it easy to carry eveything with me so I can crochet on the go. The book won't be much help with learning the stitches, but it was still nice that it was included.

Great for crocheting beginners. It comes with everything you need. The storage capacity was great and value for my money. I love the color and how comfortable it was to take with me.

Beginner Friendly
I bought this as a gift for my niece.l, she absolutely loves it. It contains so much stuff. It's honestly one or the better deals I've come across as far as crotchet supplies. It really is an all-in-one little handheld bag. It comes with all different sizes or crotchet needles, tiny silver ones for embroidery thread and lace up to the bigger chunky needles with silicone grips for comfort. Big sewing needles, pom-pom makers, stitch counter/identification loops, four or five different skeins of yarn and just Soo much more. I crotchet myself and for everything you get, by the time you bought these individually or in bundles, it would be way over the DEAL you get with this little bag. I will be purchasing another just for myself! It's easy for grab and go crafting.

Great starter kit except the wool is difficult to work with
The good thing about this kit is that for the price it is, it comes with a lot of different colors of yarn, many tools, and just everything you need to get started. It comes with stitch markers, some really sharp wool scissors (which is amazing), a tape measurer, crochet hooks of many sizes, sewing needles, a knitting gauge, and some other tools that I don't really know what they are lol.But as the caption says, the only problem I have is the wool. While it comes with a lot of wool, I think it would be more beneficial if the wool was thicker and better quality. I would rather have less wool in order to have something that I can easily work with, than have a bunch of wool that is basically useless. The reason why I say this is because (in the picture I provided) I did 3 rows of stitches and I barely got anywhere. My hands are very small, and so are my fingers. The wool is nothing compared to my hands, and because of the size, it's incredibly difficult for a new person to be able to work with this wool. Not to mention, the wool in general is just not great quality. I genuinely think that this pack would be a 5 star pack just as long as they had higher quality wool (even if it that means less wool). I'm wasting a lot of the wool just trying to be able to work with it, but it's breaking apart and too tiny to be successful with it. Any new person will definitely struggle with this, so if you're a new person buying this kit, get yourself some better wool that is thicker. You can still use the wool for things like stitching in designs or find other uses for it, but it isn't well suited for making projects from top to bottom. You will definitely want better wool for that.To better emphasize, I had to use the smallest hook to be able to work with this yarn. Even that was not enough to be able to work with it. The moment I got better yarn and went for a thicker yarn, I had no issues at all with crocheting - which goes to show that my issue was with the yarn, not my ability to learn crocheting. Any new person will want to give up if this is the yarn that they end up using for the first time. It's just incredibly difficult.

Nice bag!
Bag is soooooo pretty. You get a lot of materials. Small skeins however I’m using them for Granny Squares. Like the different colors of yarn.

Meh
Why did you pick this product vs others?:The yarn is garbage but the hooks are great. The bag is tiny. I suppose it would be ok for a kid or anyone just learning.

Very impressed(1 year later… still impressed)
The media could not be loaded. I have crocheted on and off over the years and I decided to get back into it recently. But because I had no use for it at the time, I gave away all of my crocheting supplies. I decided to order this small set to make sure I wanted to do it before I invested heavily into it again. I will happily say I was impressed with this set the hooks are very nice for the price and so is everything else. I would suggest buying new yarn if you are trying to get serious into it. The yarn isn’t bad there just isn’t much and the quality isn’t the highest. The bag is very nice too. I was expecting something cheap that would fall apart, but it looks to be the exact opposite. I actually think if I continue investing in my hobby that I’ll end up using this bag for travel and upsize my supply bag. Everything fits in it just right though. For the price and the delivery time, this set is well worth it. It was even delivered 2 days before it was supposed to be. I am so happy with this purchase.*UPDATE!*One year later…. I still love it!! The bag is very durable and easy to wipe clean. I have no wear at all. The zipper is still in tact too. I was worried it would break but no sign of that at all. I ended up giving the yarn that came with it to my daughter for her non-crochet crafts. It just wasn’t good quality and not enough to make anything in my opinion. Some of the tools I don’t use and probably won’t because I’m just not into crocheting or knitting that complex. I just like making stuffed animals, pet sweaters, and micro Barbie clothes. I did add a new set of darning needles though. The plastic ones were just too bulky and flimsy. They didn’t weave through the yarn well and stretched the stitches. I still highly recommend to anyone from beginner to novice. Just with the bag and hooks alone, you get your money’s worth. It is great for travel! I just throw my yarn in the bag and go. When I’m not crocheting on the go, it also tucks under the truck seat well. I foresee getting many years out of this set.
