PERFORMANCE HEALTH Upeasy Seat Assist Cushion (Eligible for VAT relief in the UK)

I bought this because I had burst my shoulder, and currently owing to a muscle condition in my legs I need the power of both arms to rise out of a seat. Result - I couldn't sit down anywhere as I couldn't get back up again, so I was sitting on top of huge dictionaries - very uncomfortable. I then got this Upeasy Seat Assist Cushion and it has changed my life during this period. I use it for my work when desk-based - I just lay it on an ordinary chair with arms and it gets me up no bother. It's easy to carry around so I take it to restaurants and when visiting. When set to the right weight it presses right down so it's just like a cushion. So I was able to take it on the plane - like a cushion on the plane seat, and no bother still fastening the safety belt. Rose up with no difficulty. The important thing is to set it to your weight - just enough for it slowly to fold flat when you put your full weight on it - if set too high it doesn't fold down, if too low it doesn't get you up easily enough. It's comfortable too. Make sure the seat you put it on has arms - the best ones are padded but it still works on a hard surface. I think it's fantastic.

My wife has a tilt/ lift chair at home. Obviously this does not compare with that, but it is portable and allows us to go on holiday and to assist her whilst we are away and whilst we are travelling.

bought it for my husband to help to get out of chairs .he has used it a bit but I cant say its the answer but all takes time

It makes standing up so easy now.

Does what it says. Find it works a treat and has proved most helpful. Fully recommend !

Ich habe den Sitz für meine Mutter gekauft, für die er eine hilfreiche Unterstützung im Alltag ist. Ein Punkt Abzug, weil es bei uns anfangs das Problem gab, dass der Sitz immer nach hinten gerutscht ist beim Aufstehen und Hinsetzen und sich dann zwischen Sitzfläche und Querholm der Rückenlehne verklemmte. Das habe wir dann gelöst, indem wir diesen Zwischenraum geschlossen haben (mit einem Zurrgurt).

Es muy práctico. Puedo levantar mucho más mejor a mí madre, el 1º empujón lo hace mucho más fácil.Es cómodo.

Mi si dice che il rimborso è stato emesso ma, nella mia Carta , non è ancora arrivato .Aveva un importo di E 162 Il RESO è stato ritirato il 10/1/2023 Spero non sia andato smarrito .Ho messo le indicazioni all'interno ( fotocopia delle istruzioni )Ho la ricevuta che mi ha dato il Corriere . Leider kamen wir damit gar nicht klar. Wir probierten die Aufstehhilfe in einem Fernsehsessel aus.Die Aufstehhilfe lässt sich nicht sicher benutzen, da man sich auf die hochgefahrene Sitzfläche setzen muss, also sehr hoch sitzend startet und dann durch das eigene Gewicht einen Kolben nach unten drücken soll. Das ist mühsam.Und man braucht rechts und links die Möglichkeit, sich festzuhalten.Diese hohe Startposition ist unsicher und unsere Seniorin fühlte sich damit gar nicht wohl.Beim Aufstehen soll der Mechanismus den Körper nach oben schubsen, das hat nicht wirklich geklappt.Der Sitz ist sehr hart und es wundert nicht, dass die Mutter eines Rezensenten davon wunde Stellen bekam. Die Arme.Geht gar nicht. 👎🏻 Ging zurück 👎🏻
