Pretty bummed out, this was our sons Santa gift and it won't charge or turn on.I recommend trying to charge and operate weeks before you try to gift it to make sure it's not faulty and doesn't ruin your occasion.The worst part, I bought it on sale so yes I can get a refund but i cant exchange so it's gonna cost me another $75 to replace it.

I feel it’s a bit too fast but she really likes it I can see about anyone getting this and having a good time

I bought this for my 4 year old grandson for Christmas as it was the only thing he asked for. I opened it to charge it in Christmas Eve. It would not charge ! I was forced to go to earth and find a hover board that would work white cart because we don’t have the combo set here

This item never turned on. I put the whole thing together and the hoverboard never turned on. Now I don’t know how I am going to put everything back in that box to send it. Terrible product, I don’t recommend it.

Bought this as a Christmas present has it plugged in and never worked. It was very sad Christmas morning and it still didn’t work. I felt it was odd for it to be new out of the box and not work.

Bought both brand new and the kart doesn't fit my hoverboard

The price point of this hover board (with cart buggy) is very low which makes this a great value. Do you get the strongest, fastest hover board? No. Again, you are not paying for the strongest and fastest. From that perspective, you get a really good quality hover board and a nice cart buggy as well. This board is made for the younger kids, below 80lbs. This mean it's for 1st or 2nd grade. The speed and power of the hover board is perfect for that age and weight range. My forth grader (just a bit over 80 lbs) loves it and keeps jumping on it. We'll need to get her a bigger more powerful, faster board. The battery last about 30 to 40 minutes at the park, which is good enough. This is a good quality hover board for the younger crowd. I've had no issues with this board at all!
