These packs are easy to use, give them a twist and it activates to provide a cool ice pack.

These are so great ! We use these at the school I work at and it's since using them there that made we want to buy some for at home . What's great about these is they can be stored anywhere , they do not have to be frozen . They're small enough to fit in your bag so you can take one out with you if you have a day out with the kids , just squeeze it until you hear it pop, shake it and then it will start to go cold , they are soft and squidgy too so they can be manipulated and placed anywhere on the body . The only negative is they don't stay cold for as long as a normal ice pack, but they stay cold long enough for the purpose .

It worked well at home...but we needed it for our mountain climb and realised that due to air pressure decreasing as we climbed -- the product refused to break internally to allow the components to mix. As a result none of the versions worked at altitudes higher than 3000meters even when we tried to hit it with a stone - which would unfortunately rupture the exterior of the bag.

Got these to keep in for emergencies. They have come in brilliantly for toothaches , earaches , cut knee , bangs on the head and burns. They are definitely worth having especially if you have young children. They have been life savers. They go very cold which is brilliant. Easy to hold. The only bad thing is they can fairy hard to brake to realise the coldness.

Used one of these when they arrived to test how they work and they are great. Takes a bit of trial and error to find the bag to pop inside the pack but once you get it then it’s gets instantly cold. Colder than a bump pack out of the fridge but not quite as cold as a freezer pack. Perfect for something to take out and about.

Easy to use and small enough to carry in a day sack

I got these as a suggested replacement to my subscribe and save order of the larger packs when they became unavailable and my subscription was cancelled.I use these regularly for pain caused by joint hypermobility syndrome and fibromyalgia.These are quite difficult to activate - I have chronic pain in the joints, tendons and ligaments in my right hand and also pain in my left hand, although this is not quite as severe as my right - dominant - hand, and find it almost impossible to burst the activation pouch inside these by squeezing it as in the instructions. I've found that the only way to activate these is to hold a pack in my right hand with my splint on, as my thumb is prone to dislocate, and hit the pack with my left hand - even this method can need several attempts, which does not help the pain in my hands!! I usually have to ask my son to activate them for me, and even he sometimes has difficulty with this.They don't last as long as the larger packs, so I sometimes need to use 2 or more, which makes them very expensive, as I have to buy them more often.I have now changed my subscription to different packs, as these were no longer suitable for my needs.

Quick and easy to use, sometimes it did require a little punch to burst the satchel inside but that was okay as I knew it wouldn't easily accidentally be used. Took a bunch with us on holiday abroad and were okay in the luggage and in our backpacks and came in handy a few times.

Bonjour ,lorsque j'ai eu besoin d'utiliser un koolpak , j'ai eu beau agiter le sachet dans tous les sens , rien à faire .J'avais le désagréable sentiment de m'être faite arnaquée jusqu'à ce que je comprenne qu'il fallait bien enserré le sachet tout en le secouant !!Alors , en effet le sachet est devenu froid .

très cher au final pour le peu de pochette fonctionnelles !!! la moitié n'a pas fonctionné, elles sont parties à la poubelle. On a eu beau s'acharner dessus, elles n 'ont jamais "éclaté". C'est dommage !! acheté pour une association sportive, nous sommes déçu. Je ne recommande pas !!
