I have read many of Freeman Publications and as always they are easy to read. This is a good way to begin research on REIT's. I would see it is not as comprehensive as other books I have read on the subject. As always I liked the REIT recommendations in the book. With REITs being at all time lows at the moment this is probably a good place to start if you are looking to add one to your portfolio.
