The title says all that is most important as far as I am concerned for a product like this, i.e., a health maintenance product. I take multiple supplements based on what I have researched that are supposedly beneficial to overall health and that are hard to get through diet on a daily basis. Can I tell any improvement in my health? I don’t think these type of supplement products are going to be super noticeable if you are not having issues to start with so I can’t say. For instance, I can’t say if my sleep is better or not since I don’t have a problem with that. Magnesium that is absorbed purportedly helps slow muscle wasting as we age due to helping with protein synthesis which is also a reason I take it. Glycine supposedly helps to absorb a higher percent of the supplement based on research, and magnesium is hard to absorb so glycine is also important since I don’t want the money I spend on these products being wasted…literally. As I said at the beginning, the items I mentioned in the title are the other important things to me that this product provides when compared to other magnesium supplements. The subscribe and save discount also helps keep the cost at an affordable level.
