Hi my son with disabilities is almost 6 years old and Is on the small side for his age he is currently still fitting in size 6 nappy's would this Fit?

I would say yes. My daughter is in size 3 nappies but wears this swim nappy on the smallest setting.

Would you still use swimming nappies aswell?

Hi Sunny, these are swimming nappies so you do not need any further swim nappy. Some pools insist on a double layer system so you may need a neo nappy over the top. You would need to check with the pool that you are going to use. Kind regards
