This camera was very easy to set up. The picture quality is fantastic, even at night. The security light is very bright. Camera rotates and moves flawlessly. I can check on my dogs no matter how far I am from home. I would definitely recommend this camera, especially if you have 5g home internet.

Big and bulky, camera wouldn’t even work properly and you still have to have it plugged in to use it , when it says wireless witch is not. Don’t buy this

Before you install it go and get screws that will work. What they send, the screw head is smaller than the mounting hole so would no way hold the camera. Wish the instructions would show how to put the arms to insure best reception.After 6 months every day and multiple times a day it won't connect. No issue with internet

The only thing the manufacturer gets a five star for was the refund. This purchase is more of a toy than a security measure. It works pretty well, picks up images at varying qualities, rotates accurately a majority of the time but the connectivity and storage for this item makes it useless. On a day to day basis the cameras lose connection even when hard wires in using a LAN cable. The only options for playback that work are the cloud which is not 100% consistent either because the item does not stay connected to the network, so there are times that your cameras are down during what might be important events. Upon, starting up the cameras brand new SD cards weee inserted , however, the monitoring program repeatedly insisted that there are issues with the SD cards after replacing these brand new SD cards the same message occurred. SD playback is not available until after the purchase of cloud services and is rarely accessible within the monitoring application. As stated a very fun toy for live feed but a no go for serious or even amateur home security.

We were looking for remote access cameras for our home while we are away. this is a good alternative to paying for the expensive camera that connect to our home security system.First impression is well built, and well packed. However the instruction sheet is very small. Each panel smaller than a credit card, and the print is tiny. I was able to read it but I held it under a bright light. If you are older you may need a magnifying glass.Setup was very easy, scan a QR code in the instruction sheet, download the app for IOS or Android and set up an account online. It connects to the camera automatically one you add a camera on the app, with just a few easy steps.Video quality is good, not Iphone quality but you can see everything clearly. You can adjust the view remotely from in the app. You can turn on or off a microphone to hear what is in the room, same for using your microphone on the phone to speak and have the camera relay it. Example telling a burglar to get out, or to speak to your child while you are not in the room.It does not come with a sim card but you can add your own and they offer a premium version of the app that has more features such as cloud storage etc. If you just want to be able to see or hear what is happening when you go to the app, you do not need the service. One advantage of the premium is seeing 4 camera feeds at once, which might be worth the cheapest option at $39 a year if you have multiple cameras. But you can still scroll through them all for free.----------------------------------------At first we were happy as you can see, however after it sending movement alerts every 10 minutes all day in an empty room, with no breeze or movement this camera is unusable.We do not recommend it.

My camera is defective and won’t turn on, even plugged in. How do we contact the seller ???

There are some great things about this camera and some things that I have mixed feelings about.As far as some of the great things go- it was super easy to set up and get connected, the picture quality is better than most that are similar, and the app is relatively easy to navigate through. I also like that there are different types of motion alerts. Which, if you choose to upgrade the app and have the camera recording 24/7, I think that it would be really helpful being able to get notifications for the various types of "movement" that it catches. The ability to move the camera from the app is neat too.As far as the things that I am feeling kind of on the fence about- I didn't know that I was going to have to pay for a subscription to be able to keep it recording 24/7 (and to have a variety of other basic features). I also can't seem to find anything in the description about it either so I wanted to bring that up here.The power cord for the camera is also very very short (photo attached) and even though I have an outlet right next to my front door (at the bottom) the cord will not reach anywhere near it.So with all of that said, I think once I am able to figure out a proper setup for it it will be great for casually keeping an eye on my front yard.Also, make sure you use a surge protector if you can to protect it from power surges.

Motion detection only works sporadically. Don't like being sold something that requires you to spend more to get a subscription for the total package. Won't record to your phone or PC. Cloud service only. Some settings won't stay where you put them. Not a personal device.
