Using this pillow has controlled my leg pain, allowing me to fall asleep and stay asleep as much as possible. The design and contours are a perfect fit - works so much better than a bulky bed pillow. It's compact, comfortable and soft, but firm enough to do the job. The stretchy strap is a great idea and holds the pillow in place as you toss and turn. lol! Sometimes it makes a good neck-head pillow for reading in bed.

This leg/knee pillow has made sleeping on my side so much more comfortable. It keeps my legs aligned and takes pressure off my knees and hips. The cushion is soft but supportive and stays in place through the night. I wake up feeling more rested and less sore. Highly recommend for side sleepers.

Another great product at a great price. This is my second knee pillow since the first worn out after about 15 years of use. This new pillow has a hole in center plus strap which makes it easier to grab hold of. For side sleepers this is a must have to separate knees and help aline back and neck when asleep. Pillow has a very dense but soft foam core which maintains its shape, and a removable via zipper outer cover of woven fabric which is washable. Again its a great price and does the job.

For $10 this pillow does what is supposed to do. I don't know if it's me or the pillow, but I hate it. It's an odd shape to start, and the pic shows it between the legs with the wide part towards the hips. It makes it really uncomfortable. I've tried turning it around but that doesn't work either. I'm only 5'4" so maybe I'm too short for this particular pillow. I just need something to keep my knees from smashing together while sleeping. If I could return I probably would.

I bought this knee pillow after months of waking up with lower back and hip pain, and I honestly wish I had tried one sooner. I’m a side sleeper, and I never realized how much my alignment was affecting my sleep until I started using this. The pillow fits comfortably between my knees and stays in place throughout the night instead of sliding out or flattening. It’s firm enough to provide real support but still soft and comfortable, so it doesn’t feel like I’m sleeping with a block between my legs. After just a few nights, I noticed less stiffness in the morning, and now it’s something I genuinely can’t sleep without. It’s simple, well-made, and actually delivers on what it promises.

Has been great, helps with sciatica.

So far so good. Only used one night, so not sure how much it will help with back pain. I do love the strap because I toss and turn a lot, and it stayed with me the entire night, plus it was not too tight. Will update after using longer. Update: Been using for a week or so now, and I absolutely love it. My back pain has decreased and I sleep fine with it now. I even bought another one for my husband! Highly recommend!

The pillow did not come with the strap as shown in the image and advertised....I am dissatisfied

Me gusta mucho que traiga una listón para asegurar el cojín entre las piernas y así no se cae ni se mueve, aunque uno cambie de posición. El cojín es muy útil para dormir de lado y descomprimir las vértebras. Verdaderamente uno descansa al usarlo cuando uno está recostado.
