After seeing them all over social media, I knew I had to try one! I didn't know I'd be writing an enthusiastic review, but they earned it...As a personal trainer, I truly believe the world would be better off if everyone did a few minutes of squats a day. The effects of exercise on physical AND mental health can not be understated, and to put it mildly, we've got some work to do in both those departments!We all squat in our daily lives. People who train their squat pattern in the gym often get injured because they use inappropriate equipment for their body type, and/or too much resistance for their joints to properly handle… People who don't train their squat pattern get injured doing random things in life, because they're weak!It's a quagmire as old as barbells, and the geniuses at Stealth figured out the solution for both sides of the spectrum... As a bonus they tackled the common-but-whack-to-me excuses of "no time", "don't like the gym", AND "it's boring"!With less than a minute set up time out of the box (seriously - the efficiency of the design is NEXT LEVEL!) you can get a great FULL BODY workout in minutes- right at home! You won't even realize you're working out for the "boring" parts (first 30 seconds or so) because you'll be focused on the game, then everything starts burning and you can barely focus on the game!You can also take comfort in not risking injury- either because your ego told you to use more weight, or because someone on the internet said to use a barbell which bothers your back/knees/shoulders- just try to beat your score instead!This is seriously brilliant for people who understand the importance of exercise but don't want to dedicate the time I have to learn about the nuances of the human body and strength training.My pro-tips are to start small (I know it's fun, but leave yourself wanting more so you're not too sore!) and don't be surprised if your shoulders/arms start burning before your legs!The compact design makes it easy to store at home or bring to the gym/park, and the Skate Chaser game is seriously ADDICTIVE AF! I wish this came out before the pandemic because it would've made those at-home workouts so much more fun!

I have been looking for ways to keep working out interesting. I have been on a fitness journey for a few years successfully maintaining my weight loss. Anyway…I tried this device out today and even shared on FaceTime with my fam. They all wanna use it now. 😊 I think I have been doing squats all wrong because I literally used a game for 3 minutes and my legs were burning. I have not tried to plank game but can’t wait. I would totally recommend this to anyone who wants to add some fun to their workout.

You can do the same without the "gamification", just start squatting on your walk. Good quality, but unless you like playing games you are wasting time and money. Just sack up and buy P90X instead, you will thank me later.

The squat is my 2nd stealth product. Made of high quality ABS plastic. More like water skiing than doing barbell squats. Keeping shoulders straight concentrates on the lateral muscles. It’s easy to learn and the free app has 3 free games. It’s a great way to prepare for meetings.

Just received my Stealth Squat Trainer just in time for the holidays. From the packaging/ presentation and quality I’m blown away. Talk about value and functionality plus an unbelievable burning workout has my entire family is fighting over it. You really feel it in your legs - arms and core without even focusing on it as your so engaged in the game your playing. This is so much fun and the best is your getting an unbelievable burning work out in. Well done stealth for adding another great work out device to the family.I will recommend this to all my friends and family.

I own two of the Stealth Core Trainers and keep one at work and one at home. I decided to purchase the Squat Trainer and then pay for the annual $39.99 app membership. Previously, I had a monthly subscription and enjoyed the ton of games available so i felt, even though the Squat Trainer is rather pricey, i'd get more value out of the app with this new piece of equipment to add to my Stealth collection. The Squat Trainer has only TWO games -which are boring AF. One of them called "Tough Runner" has a course and each time you start at the same spot. Therefore, if you play it for 6 minutes.... the next time you play you'll experience roughly the same thing. It would be mildly better if you could jump ahead or continue where you left off last time playing. Never-the-less, i wish i would have waited a year to see if they developed anything new. As it stands, the Squat Trainer has little to no variety. Until they add more games, Anyone would be better served to buy a suspension trainer and squat with it.... getting the same experience plus the option to do a whole lot more.

I bought this because I have the stomach product they make and it amazing. I bought this to help with my legs and ass. Hoping to prevent old man butt. I have been using it but I do not understand how to use it. There are no instructions and i have contacted the manufacturer and they have not told me much. On top of that there is only one game with it when the other has over 20. I think they should have done more with it. It seems like an after thought and I know they meant well. Come on guys and gals. You have a great product do not coast now. Improve it and add more games and show us how to use it to get the best results. If not then it is just a piece of hard plastic.
