Star Wars Origami: 36 Amazing Models from a Galaxy Far, Far Away

I got this as an Xmas gift for my best friend, who loves both origami and Star Wars. I myself was impressed when I got the book - the cover was a little wrinkled and bent, but that didn't matter too much. The pages inside were all intact and wrinkle free, so that's what counts. It arrived in good time, and the price was better than I'd seen in some shops. Inside the instructions seem clear (even to a noob like me), and its colourful and well illustrated. My friend was really happy when he unwrapped this anyway, and he says it'll probably take him ages to do it all. He found the fact that the book includes the paper (with spares!) in the back to be really ingenious, and though he says some of the instructions look complicated, he's looking forward to trying. So this is a great gift for origami and/or Star Wars lovers of all ages!

Great value plus coloured paper

A wonderful gift idea for any Star Wars fan, at a really good price. There are 36 different models which range in difficulty from folding a piece of paper 4 times to make a lightsaber - through to folding pages what feels like 100 times to create a Millenium Falcon. The book is of high quality, with clear instructions and good illustrations to show you what you should be able to do. There are 72 pull out sheets that mean your origami is not only folded correctly but also presented in the correct colours. Personally I would only recommend for teenagers and above, and accept that it has a novelty effect that won't last too long.

This is one beautiful book! The oragami is super and all the paper required is printed and in the book so you can get started right away. There are simple to follow instructions and they make the cutest origami Star wars figures and characters. I can't praise this book enough, it really does make a fabulous gift for any fan or just a little treat for the geek in you! I adore it and would definitely purchase again as a gift. Highly recommended.

I bought this for my brother for Christmas. He used to do origami when we were kids so I thought he would enjoy doing it again. This book has loads of really good instructions in it and the back of the book has all the printed papers for you to make the Star Wars characters with. My brother loves it and has made some lovely figures with it so far. He was also really impressed that all the preprinted paper was included in the book. A fantastic gift.

I don’t know if I’m just being dense, but the instructions aren’t the most clear. It’s an okay book and it has cute fun trivia in but like I said, the instructions could’ve been clearer on some parts

Good book with lots of material. Bought as a gag gift for a Star Wars crazy friend. He has so far only looked at it. Nothing has been made so don't know how easy the instructions are to follow. Pre-printed paper at the back of the book seems good quality, & makes it look like the finished product will look like what it is meant to look like...Maybe if he ever actually attempts one of the designs I'll edit my review. All in all, a fun gift for a Star Wars enthusiast, who enjoys being creative.

Book arrived very quickly! I bought this for a friend of mine who is a big fan of THE FORCE. It's a great book, but the Origami are quite complicated, and there is an added complication with the paper print. You must get it right! My friend is a mature fan, though he will need of the Force to re-create star wars' masters...

Wer Origami liebt und sich für Star Wars begeistert ist hier genau richtig. Mit einer sehr gelungenen Einführung der Basis- und Ausgangsfiguren, kann man kaum noch was falsch machen. Die einzelnen Figuren sind nach Schwierigkeitsgraden eingeteilt, vom "Padavan" zum " Jedi Knight". Ich kann nur sagen: Viel Spaß und möge die Macht mit euch sein! Kleines Manko: Alles in Englisch
