FRIENDLY SOAP Lavender Tea Tree Shampoo Bar, 95 GR

So far, so good. Smells wonderful. Stick with it. I have waist length, very thick, naturally wavy hair. Which has been coloured for years although recently I have been using only semi permanent colours. I only wash my hair once or twice a fortnight. First wash. Didn't really get much lather. Felt terrible afterwards. Itchy scalp. Heavy greasy feel to my hair which naturally feels dry normally. Ok. So I have read up on this stuff a bit and realise this is a process. Having used only washing up liquid rinses for months I wanted something which was Sulfate free and less irritating to my scalp which is more sensitive now I am peri menopausal. Second wash. 5 days later. Sooner than I would normally wash but I really really needed to. Lathered up lovely. Even in our ridiculous hard water. Felt wonderful. I rinsed really thoroughly. My hair can take up to 6 hours to dry naturally usually. This time it was a couple of hours. Wonderful. It feels fab! Ok my colour has suffered bit I expected that. It's ok. Will just have to find a way to deal with that. No one promised this would be straightforward and you need to stick with it. I have a feeling this is going to be perfect for me in the long run, subscription here I come! Trial and error for what is right for you. We are all different. I love this stuff now. I hope it works for you too. Can't wait to try their other products. Minimal packaging too! I love the fact there are very few ingredients. I know what they are. There is no trying to disguise stuff under fancy chemical names. No palm rubbish too!

Full disclosure: i wash my hair only once a week so it's a bit of an event and i usually take my sweet time about it. My hair is pretty thick, its never been coloured, it has heat applied to it only after it gets washed and so it's generally pretty good condition. So i appreciate that results for others could be quite different from mine. So first use- the bar smells great, Great lather, just like shampoo which i wasn't expecting - i cut a wee slice off the end of the bar which means the whole bar isn't hanging out in the shower getting gunky and it makes it easier to work into your hair. As soon as the shampoo was rinsed (i always shampoo twice) ... my hair felt that funny, almost waxy way, the way your skin feels if you use a bar soap? It wasn't very nice at all. But I popped it in a towel and left it in there for about half an hour as i usually do and then about a 15 minute air dry before I use the hairdryer. Amazingly the drier it got, the less wierd and waxy it felt. It became beautifully soft, like , it's never felt so soft. Root to tip. And that's just the shampoo on its own, no conditioner or any other product. So very overall very pleased! I've now used it twice with the same results. Will definitely be buying it again, though i think it'll be a while before i run out.

Great item for hair and body. Unfortunately I think they've recently changed one ingredient, so I have now looked into buying an equivalent product with better ingredients.

I wanted to switch from a bottle shampoo to a shampoo bar for a while but had no idea what brand would be best for me. It took me a while to research and finally I decided to go with the friendly soap products. This shampoo bar is vegan, and made of natural ingredients. The price is also good, but the reviews are not always great. I decided to trust them as their soaps look very natural, no funky bright colours. I have been using the bar for almost 2 weeks now. After the first wash my hair felt very waxy, almost wet. Gradually, with every wash, my hair started gaining volume. After a week of using the bar, i went to my hairdresser who was shocked how much volume my hair gained. Two weeks in, my hair still feels a bit waxy but not as much as the beginning. They are visibly changing and becoming to look and feel healthy and strong. I brush them a couple of times a day, as I read this helps in distributing hairs’ natural oils and in getting rid off the waxy feeling. So I am going to stick with this brand. I have never had so much hair as i have now. My hair have volume, I don’t even have to dry it with a brush or use a hear-spry. I used to wash my hair every second day, now my hair is less oily so I can wash it every third day. I really like this product. It’s important to remember that the transition period sometimes can take even few weeks, depending on your hair, so don’t give up. Stick with it and eventually you will see a massive difference. I have straight delicate hair, now I can create natural waves with no extra hair products. Honestly, I am so amazed and happy!

I’ll admit, I raised an eyebrow when this arrived — it looked more like a travel soap than something that could tame my thick, product-heavy hair. But don’t be fooled by its size: this little bar means business. I wash my hair twice a day and use VO5 matt clay daily to style it. Normally I’d need two or three rounds with regular shampoo to get it all out. This bar? One wash and we’re properly clean — no residue, no build-up. It’s also got serious stamina. I get around 80 washes per bar, and at £3.15, that’s just under 4p a wash — proper bang for your buck. The scent is subtle — a fresh hit of lavender and tea tree — and I even use it on my underarm hair and pubes. Let’s be honest, that’s where man odours really like to settle, and this bar sorts them right out without being harsh or overpowering. Bonus points for durability: it doesn’t crack, crumble or turn to mush like other bars. It stays solid right up until the final wash. Didn’t expect much at first, but now I’m a total convert. So it’s not just my hair on top that’s happy. Highly recommend.

Buttato via dopo il primo lavaggio. Odore sgradevole e difficilissimo da risciacquare. Capelli pesanti e unti. Il balsamo sembra buono, ma cambierò ditta assolutamente.

Je suis très contente avec mon savan, il mousse bien et laisse mes cheveux brillant et propre pendant longtemps.

Das Shampoo schäumt toll und man hat wirklich das Gefühl, dass die Haare sauber werden. Bei anderen Bars war leider wenig Schaumbildung (und wenn dann wieder mit Zusatzstoffen) und dadurch konnte man das Shampoo auch super in den Haaren verteilen. Sie duftet angenehm und natürlich nach den Inhaltsstoffen. 👍🏻 Wird wieder gekauft.

I happened upon this shampoo bar from a liquidation type store at first, and decided to give it a try. It lathered so much with hardly any effort. My hair is thick and curly and so is my daughter's. I have 3c 4a type of curls,and she has 4c. It works great on both of our hair. It detangles it, it removes all build up and/ or dandruff and it leaves our hair feeling super soft. We both have seen amazing growth and I believe alot of it has to do with this bar. I've also used it on my son because he has such a flaky scalp, and we trued the sulfur 8 which ledt hus hair smelling awful for about a week. It was frustrating and embarrassing. We washed it over and over and it still smelled awful and STILL was flaky. This bar, however got his scalp free and clear. So once I finally ran out of my bar I searched high and low for another here on Amazon. I don't even want to try and find an alternative anywhere. I have purchased my 3rd bar at this point and it's consistently good. I don't know why there aren't any reviews on this product, so here's mine. GET THIS SHAMPOO BAR!!! 😄The essential oils seem to be top tier. I could smell the scent through the packaging. Another thing I love about this bar, is that it lasts for a very long time and it is easy to hold and doesn't become too slippery while using.

Compre este jabón de pelo hace 2 meses y lo utilizo 3 veces a la semana. Lo compre inicialmente porque me iba de viaje con la mochila a hacer senderismo 2-3 semanas y no quería llevar el peso de una botella de champú. Elige este jabón por los comentarios y por los ingredientes naturales que lleva. Pensé que iba a ser un "mas o menos", suficiente para 15 días, sabiendo que mi pelo se vuelve graso cada dos días y requiere también acondicionador y mascarilla (tengo muchos nudos y me puede costar peinarlo). Pues, gran gran sorpresa!! Utilizo el jabón SIN acondicionador después, es decir que mi pelo no se enmaraña 1)con el jabón 2)sin acondicionador. Creo que sus propiedades son excelentes y suaviza naturalmente el pelo. Leí también otros comentarios sobre otras marcas que ofrecen un producto parecido, que a utilizar un jabón, el cuero cabelludo se vuelve graso después de unas semanas y que el pelo parece "pegarse". Pues os aseguro que después de dos meses utilizándolo, no tengo nada de eso y es todo el contrario. Mi pelo grasa menos y menos rápido (puede aguantar un día mas), tiene buena apariencia, mas volumen y se nota mas sano. Cuando se acabe este jabón, lo comprare de nuevo. Pienso que puede aguantar 3 meses en total. Además, sabiendo lo natural y excelente que es, ahora me cuesta utilizar un champú clásico, tan bueno que sea. Lo recomiendo de verdad, es el mejor producto cosmético que encontré esos últimos años.
