EVYAP Arko Shaving Cream Soap, 6 Pieces, 450 gram

Senior gentlemen as me, notice how these products are rapidly disappearing from major high street retailers, in favour of pressure squirt cans ( so wasteful )... acquiring these is so wonderful. They last 3 times as long, are cost effective and the creamy, scented foam they produce eases a perfect razor shave. They are excellent shave sticks. You will be well pleased.

This is a great product. Lathers up really well, for an easy shave, and a neutral smell that's never bothered me. There's no holder provided, so personally I use an old one (from Erasmic -- who now only do the shaving cream), which is slightly too small but it's still possible to squidge the stick into it and press the excess on to the top so not much gets wasted. (Unfortunately, no hole in the bottom of the holder, so you have to dig out the last bit out with a penknife; but not too much of a problem -- then you can add the stub to the top of the next one.) It would be even better if they would provide a made-to-measure holder (which could be sold separately), but can't complain -- nothing better, and a great price, too.

I've used shaving gel for years (costing silly money). For the the last twelve months I've gone back to using these shaving soaps and shaving brush, I'm getting a better shave using my loaded shaving brush several times, this is at no extra cost. Six of these pieces of shaving soap should last me well over 12 months or so.

Easy to use, just rub it on your face and use a brush to create a good creamy foam. Smells nice a clean as well.

a few reviews mention the scent and say its either love or hate. it is a weird smell because it hasnt got scent in it, its just a stick of soap. some may say put it in a soap bowl, but personally i use it like my grandad did.. open up the entire roll of soap (like opening a roll of fruit pastils) fold half down to expose the top and re-roll the paper around the soap. now you have an open end you can use a wet shaving brush to rub some off the end. its a lovely smooth foamy soap, and from someone who has used gel or foam for 30 odd years, i now wish i had saved all that money and just stuck to this instead, as a little of this soap does go a long way. i wouldnt be surprised if i'm still using my first opened stick at christmas, and i wont ever look back at gels, foams or razors with more than one blade ever again.

Great product! Very good foam performance. And natural ingredients. Yes it's not for vegan. Well travel size! 8x pcs will be lasting for a year. Some people complaining about smell: scene is like aromatic stick "opium". It will not beat your parfume, so I would not be worried about that at all. Men's in ages might enjoy a smell. Bought twice from this store. Good thing for a piece of a gift for a men's.

These last for months! Personally I squish one down into a shaving mug until it completely covers the bottom and load up directly from there. Creates a nice thick lather VERY easily. Razor glides fine on top shave oil. Doesn't have much of a scent so complements many aftershaves nicely. It has become my go to daily shave soap/cream and its even better that its so cheap!
