Directions

To control portion sizes or manage appetite, take two capsules of Hunger Buddy by XLS with a full glass of water (approximately 250ml) 30 mins before your main meals. To prevent snacking, take one or two capsules with a full glass of water between meals. Do not exceed nine capsules per day. Drink plenty of water.

The use of this product by adolescents 12-18 years old is subject to the supervision of healthcare professionals. This product must be taken as a whole capsule with a full glass of water (approximately 250ml).
