This tastes to me like a cross between a lemon a grapefruit and a mandarin.Adds a wonderful taste to my baking.

Worth it.
Incredible flavour, really sharp but tasty. I used it to make a tart, similar to a tarte au citron. It's expensive, but worth it for a treat.

Superb and Good for the Purse!
Just what I was looking for. Now I can make my own ponzu sauce. It will work out to be cheaper and more natural than anything I could find, bar one that was simply to expensive to use.

A bit pricier than other Yuzu Juices I saw, buy faster delivery. Strong flavor, probably use 1/2 to 3/4 of recommended volumes.

Bought to make margs, they were spot on. Exactly what it says on the bottle.

Delicious
Used it on raw fish (tartare style).find it delicious and you only need a small dosage to make a real difference.Have replaced the lime by this yuzu sauce (alongside sesame seeds and soja sauce)..really makes a difference.Only reason for 4 stars (instead of 5) is the price, which is quite steep

Japanese citrus hit in bottle.
I bought it because I wanted the Japanese citrus taste. It delivers. Although it's 100pc yuzubit doesn't seem not be discolouring over time like others I have bought in past. I am not sure if this good or bad having never bought a fresh yuzi to compare oxidation behaviour.
