I've been taking two of these multivitamins every day for about two months now. Have no difficulty swallowing them despite their hefty size, and unlike many all-in-ones of the same ilk I've yet to experience any nausea should I forget to eat, as is recommended, shortly before or after taking the vitamin. I am unfortunately prone to deficiency in my diet and have suffered throughout life with bouts of iron deficiency anaemia in particular; it is always a prerogative of mine to take a multivitamin to shore myself up. Regarding Terranova I have no complaints and am very pleased with these pills. It took some time for me to notice but I'm definitely experiencing a positive impact on my energy levels and the quality of my sleep. Recently caught a cold but fought it off in less than a week, too. I was attracted to this brand due to their claims of not using bulking agents for their supplements, alongside providing a vegan option, and it has certainly provided peace of mind knowing that one isn't subjecting their body to more of the relentless rubbish we often inadvertently consume each day. Overall, I'm glad to have found what has proven to be a subtly effective supplement that supports me throughout the day, and will certainly buy again.

I have been buying and using terra nova vitamins (multinutrient, multivitamin) and also the mans version for around 4 years now and honestly they make me feel great and I will never use a synthetic vitamin again. These feel like you are eating berries or something, just more natural. I also take terra nova garlic all year long. 2 caps of vitamins and 2 caps of garlic daily and it just makes me feel really good all year long.

Overall these vitamins seem very healthy but I've been trying to find the main ingredients of the vegetarian capsule shell and I can't find it. I asked Rufus and the AI didn't know and also said there's no supplier contact info. Some vegetarian capsule shell ingredients might sound healthy but can cause digestic problems in some people, including me, so I won't be buying again until the supplier states these ingredients!

Quality, expiry date was better than in the shops.

I like the fact these have no fillers and are natural. They are helping me feel less anxioys and depressed. But its a very long slow road to health recovery

I have used this brand and the Full Spectrum Multivitamin Complex for a few years, and it has honestly made a difference. I originally bought this after falling ill and having a weak immune system. The price definitely matches the quality on this occasion.

These are incredible. I've never had such good general health. I'm very prone to getting run down and this is followed by swollen glands and a sore throat etc. When I'm taking these, this DOESN'T HAPPEN. I just do not get ill and I've been taking these since March 2015. They're very easy on the stomach which is great for people who have a sensitive stomach like mine.
