I rarely take time to write reviews, but I wanted to warn other shoppers about this TERRIBLE product. This frame worked great for 4 months, but now the touch screen won't work and it won't connect to wifi so it will only show the pictures that have already been uploaded and we can never upload anymore. Hours spent trying to reboot and DIY fix this thing to no avail. SOOOOOO UPSET TO HAVE SPENT $95 ON A FRAME THAT ONLY LASTED 4 MONTHS! Please don't waste your money unless you see that the store or manufacturer starts replying to negative reviews. Currently, there is no access to customer support for faulty products and warranty questionsFrameo is the software provider, and they refer you to the manufacturer for warranty coverage. We don't remember seeing any warranty paperwork included. The frame itself does not indicate the manufacturer. The Amazon page indicates it was sold by XYE and links to a storefront with zero customer support options. I called Amazon to get contact info for the company and they gave me a phone number which went straight to a generic voicemail and I have had no reply after a week. The manufacturer is Shenzhen Yunqi Youkong Intelligent Equipment Co Ltd. But there is NOTHING intelligent about their equipment!

I bought this picture frame to put in my mother and father‘s apartment. My mother has dementia, and I am taking photos of old photos over the past 60 years, cropping them and sending them to this picture frame when I have time. My parents have Internet, so it connected to the picture frame super easy editing. The photos is extremely easy and I can put peoples names dates and any explanation. I want to on these photos to help my mother remember the past and even not so long ago.. This thing is incredible and I highly recommend it to everyone. Kids and grandkids can send it from their cell phone tablet, etc. at any point anytime anywhere!

This frame must be restarted to restore the internet connection almost every time it comes out of sleep mode.When it comes out of sleep mode, it displays images normally with a small notice that the unit is offline. When this happens, a restart restores the internet connection allowing more images to be sent to it.Ours works normally when sleep mode is disabled.We are still very happy with the purchase and hope that an update will fix the connection issue.

I absolutely love this 11” frame! The non-glare mat screen is a huge bonus! Easy to use! Pictures are super clear with 2K resolution! I am anxiously awaiting the new larger 15.6” version to come out!
