This is such a neat little item that I just had to order a second one. Easy to use, brilliant at night. Can use without disturbing my partner or children. I have not experienced any trouble with low battery life to be honest. I got my first one over two months ago and still haven't changed the battery. I'm overall very very pleased.I have also started using this every where. In the car, garage, kitchen...I carry one in my hand bag at all times. A member in my family had some trouble with her ear...it was a brilliant tool to find out an infection was brewing in there :)

Exactly as it says, this is a book light that you can put into your briefcase or overnight bag and it goes everywhere with you. The button which switches the light on is easy to press, but at the same time isn't likely to get pressed by accident in the briefcase, so the light behaves itself.I am concerned about how strong it is - looks as though it could get broken if not nicely handled (and throwing it into my overnight bag isn't very nice of me) but it has survived so far. Also i haven't worked out how to clip it to the book or what to click it to, so i often find myself holding it in one hand and the book in the other.

Lovely little thing. Very small could fold over and was very bright but just as I was getting into my book it went off. I thought I maybe knocked the switch but nope the battery was dead.

I used this once or twice for a total of maybe 2 to 3 hours and the batteries died. It was my own fault for not checking but I assumed you would be able to charge it by USB however they use small, circular, silver batteries that are inconvenient and expensive especially if it runs out at night when reading a book.The build itself is okay, nothing special, it's a bit flimsy and you can't really use it unless it is clipped to the book you're reading which I find inconvenient a lot of the time. The light is also bright and white which was quite hard on the eyes.The design is nice though.I have since bought a product for £1 more that you can sit separately from the book, charges by USB and has three different light options including a warmer, more ambient one that reduces eye strain.If you're looking for a cheap option for reading books at night, I would recommend shopping about, there are similarly prices options that have a bigger and more convenient range of features.

I like to read in the bath and recently I've turned to physical books rather than reading on my kindle. During winter evenings it's too gloomy to read in the bath even with the lights on so I purchased this. It's a great little gadget although the range of the light isn;t great if you;re reading a larger than average paperback - but it means that I can now read in the bath again so I'm happy! Can;t comment on battery life as only had it a week.

It could have been a better material to use. The clap from battery comes off to easy and battery fell out from it couple off times unexpectedly. The light itself could have been more deemed. Otherwise good idea for night reading.

I dislike the whiteness of the bulb and also the light isn’t long enough to light the whole page of a book, it casts shadows and is fairly unpleasant to red by. Not recommended.
