Quality at a great price
We've been taking Green Lipped Mussel Extract for decades (since our twenties and bodybuilding days) for healthy joints. My issues started in my hands and knees, but this supplement removed all stiffness and pain. I've tried stopping now and again in the past as the cost used to be high, but my symptoms would eventually return. Now I'm pleased there's such a good quality product at an affordable price. We'll be taking this until we turn our toes up!

Great for joint health, but be patient for results
The Lindens Green-Lipped Mussel capsules are an excellent supplement for joint care. I’ve been taking them for a few weeks now, and I’ve already started to notice less stiffness and discomfort in my knees, particularly after exercise. The 1,000mg dosage seems to provide the right amount of support, and I appreciate that it’s made in the UK with quality ingredients.It’s important to note that the results aren’t immediate – it took about 2-3 weeks for me to feel a noticeable improvement, but it’s definitely been worth the wait.The capsules are easy to swallow, and the bottle is good value for the 90 capsules. Overall, I’m happy with the product and would recommend it to anyone looking for natural joint support. I’ve given it 4 stars as it took a bit of time to work, but it’s effective in the long run.

They work
They work slowly but they eased the pain in hip and the back of my leg, I will always buy these and I take one every day, I took two a day to begin with, when I stopped the pain came back, but soon went away when I started again.I couldn't reccomended highly enough.

They actually worked for me
