Excellent value!Not a trace of bitterness here - which apparently is the mark of very good sesame seeds! Love that it doesn't separate, you can easily stir it up and you get two containers for an excellent price! I highly recommend!

I love this tahini! It has a smooth, rich flavor. The taste is fresh and not bitter at all. Definitely one of the best tahinis I’ve tried.

The best Tahini ever. We use Tahini in multiple dishes and this is by far the best for quality and price. I used less amount for same dishes and it was delicious. 2nd choice is Alwadi Alakhdar.

This a great tasting, smooth tahini with a rich taste.OPENING BOTTLE - The tahini comes well sealed/protected in a plastic bottle. My only complaint with this product is how hard it is to open. To remove the cap, there is a plastic pull tab that is used to pull off a plastic ring that attaches the cap to the bottle. Every time I have tried to remove the plastic ring, it breaks. This leaves the cap still locked to the bottle and I have to use scissors or a knife to remove the rest of the ring. Then, once the ring is off, I can pull the cap off. But it’s not over yet! Once the cap is off, there is a clear plastic film over the opening that must be removed. Ideally, this film would have a little pull tab on it that would make it easy to pull off. It doesn’t. No matter how many times I buy this brand, I always have to stab the plastic film with a knife and cut it off.CAP - Once the plastic ring and plastic film are removed, the cap is easily removed and replaced. Too easily, in fact. I always fear that the top will pop off. I would not recommend dropping the bottle!STIRRING - Aside from these problems, the tahini itself is great! What I especially love is that it doesn’t require too much stirring when I first open it. Usually, tahini separates when it is not refrigerated. That is, the oil rises to the top and the tahini on the bottom gets very thick. Maybe it’s because I store my tahini upside down before I opened it, but this tahini has almost no separation and no thick spots. Once opened, I always refrigerate it.SMOOTH - As for consistency, this tahini is perfect. It is very creamy and smooth. While it is not as thick as peanut butter, it is not runny either. It is a very happy median.YUMMY - It also tastes very rich without that overpowering bitter taste that I have experienced with other brands of tahini. I really enjoy the taste. I’ve used it in salad dressings (just lemon juice and tahini), homemade hummus, as part of my oatmeal, and as a standalone spread for bananas. It is equally delicious for all uses!OVERALL - Once you get past opening the bottle, this is a great product.

Very creamy and great sesame flavor without being overpowering. Moderate thickness great for making hummus. Jars seal well.

High quality pure tahini, the taste is delicious and one can tell is made from quality sesame seeds, highly recommend it, my new favorite brand. 5 🌟 well deserved!
