I got this when we moved from a house to an apartment and we had to use the apartment’s fridge which does not have a water dispenser. It looks great, tastes great, and fits in the fridge well. I think it’s really good value for the price. I drink a ton of water, but I know I haven’t gone through 200 gallons because I’ve only had it for two months and I’m the only one in my household drinking from it, but the indicator light is already telling me I need to replace the filter. I’m going to wait until the water actually starts tasting different though, because I think that might just be a ploy to sell more filters. Great product and great quality though.

I had looked at under the sink systems for a more robust filtration option but it didn't make sense to go through with that because I'm planning to move soon. I mainly needed to filter out mineral content in well water.So far I'm very happy with this water filtration dispenser. It performs as well as I could hope for what it is and its price point. The filtering of water isn't terribly slow and faster isn't better if it's not filtering properly. I'm happy with the dimensions and capacity of the dispenser. As for leakage as some have discussed, I have yet to experience this.I had an issue where, upon arrival, I was missing the water spout. I contacted Waterdrop and they immediately shipped a new water spout as well as an extra water filter which was a welcome addition. Harper from their customer support team helped me with that. I received what I would consider above and beyond customer service which can be hard to come by these days. It is nice to see that they stand by their product and are quick to resolve any issues which may arise.I'll keep this in mind for any business I do in the future.

Was looking for a pitcher or container to use for filtered water. We were spending 10.00 a week on bottled water. We absolutely love this container. Easy fill up!!! We keep in fridge. Haven’t bought bottled water in 3 weeks!! Recommend over and over.
