Lean Six Sigma
It is an excellence source to prepare for the different Lean Six Sigma Belts certifications. It can be used for reference on how to move forward with your lean six sigma projects. I am excited to read. I have enjoyed the introduction and chapter 1 explains so much that I see currently in companies.

Not what I expected
This is not 3 books in 1. Based on the content, this is not the correct title.Very short book, from my point of view is very incomplete.

Surprisingly bad writing, fluff info, a glorified collection of blogposts
At first I was pleasantly surprised that this book is only 160 pages, since editors pressure writers to add fluff and make bigger books.Unfortunately, this is mostly just fluff. For example, the author tells you how important the “Five Whys” and “smoke testing” are, but never bothers to define what those concepts are. There are many bullet pointed concepts that are never elaborated on.The author notes that “Effective lead generation” is critically important, but dedicates 8 sentences to it: 2 restate that it’s important, 6 are a quasi case study from one random company. The author repeatedly recommends curiously obscure applications / b2b tools without any explanation or comparison about why they’re the right tools.Save yourself $35 and read blog posts on Lean Six Sigma instead of this book.

Hire a Better Editor
I bought this as a personal pro-devo opportunity for myself, and have been pretty disappointed so far. The book not only regurgitates ideas already made clear in other texts while pretending they’re original thoughts, it does so with the eloquence of a middle schooler. I find myself having to stop often, edit the text by hand (words/phrases are frequently omitted such that the point of the text is lost) and then re-read with the hope that I’m understanding correctly. If you want the most basic run down of lean practices, you could buy this book or you could watch a Ted Talk or read a LinkedIn article for free. And to the author: Feel free to reach out if you need an editor in the future.

Poorly Written
I don’t enjoy writing bad reviews, but this book is poorly written and constructed. It feels like it was written over one weekend after skimming a few lean six sigma books.
