Microphone failure
The microphone on the headset I purchased doesn't seem to be working and my friends are saying that the microphone is full of noise

The most important detail missing"how long the battery last"!!
Haven't bought one and will never buy one since there is no info in how long the battery last,i like alienware but i hate when they won't give full description nor "ask a question" option.

Barely Adequate
I've been using these for work for about 6 months now and they do work. There are a lot of issues though. Bluetooth constantly disconnects, and you can't use the 3.5mm jack without unplugging the mic from the headset and relying on the cheap mobile mic on the 3.5mm audio slider. The dongle works pretty well, good sound and alright mic. ANC works well. Build quality seems decent.The software is awful. It can't track battery percentage, there's no warning for low battery, the headset will just shut off. It's hard to tell if the headset is on or off as lights light up regardless. It takes approximately 8-10 seconds to power the headset on. More if the battery has died and you've plugged in the usb C charger. The touch controls are a hinderance as adjusting the headset can cause videos to skip or pause/play, and there's no way of customising or disabling them. The mute mic button is hard to find by touch and if you miss it, the touch controls can be hit instead, with unintended consequences. Probably a 2.5 star headset at best.
