Solgar vitamins and minerals
Solgar supplements always have the right amount of vitamins to help your body to recover. Only downside is capsules are so big so sometimes it’s difficult to swallow.

I love this product!!! I am always folic acid deficient but I can’t tolerate the synthetic stuff you get on prescription it aggravates my restless legs. However this is folate not folic acid so it’s in its purest form and it works amazingly well for me. Quality is excellent. Solgar vitamins and supplements always are. The only reason I gave 4 stars is the price. Solgar are very good but they are very expensive. It’s good value as it works but it’s just a little expensive for me so I tend to take every second or third day once my levels are topped back up so they don’t fall again. Highly recommend if you can’t tolerate the prescription kind highly recommend Solgar in general they really do sell quality products.

Wow what a difference
Wow what a difference these solate foloate has made , I have always been a tired person tried alot of things multivitamins, iron tables, even folic acid of the doctors, but these have hit the nail on the head my energy levels are so much better I wake up takw one woth breakfast, it's so nice nit feeling tired anymore or mentally drained , wish I found these sooner so going to be a regular purchase
