Second Chance Romance Done Right
Tarah’s writing style might be my favorite out there. It’s not frivolous or pretentious and she makes me FEEL things. To me, that’s the true mark of a talented author. These characters spoke to my soul. The emotions in this story are portrayed in a way that’s so raw and real that the romance almost sneaks up on you. It’s skillfully executed enemies to lovers; But then the most perfect perfect second chance romance comes into play and it’s the most beautiful, heartwarming love story.Deacon & LaRynn have so much depth. The pair are hostile towards each other, but it’s just a mask for the feelings they’ve had for each other since they were just kids hooking up for a summer. Watching the two of them work together to break down the walls (both literally and figuratively) that have kept them apart for so long was really a treat. This story is about two people who feel they are undeserving of each other. It’s about hope when hope seems lost, overcoming grief and self-doubt, and finding the strength to try - really, really try - for love. A truly beautiful story for anyone who believes that love isn’t easy, but it’s worth it.

The Co-Op is, simply put, authentic.
The Co-Op is, simply put, authentic. The very real problems and complications, their complexities, are just tackled in such an honest way. Human way. These characters, Deacon and LaRynn, are so relatable that it takes no effort at all to love them, to root for them, to feel for them. Tears, lots of tears may be shed so be ready.𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙞𝙛 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙖𝙡𝙨𝙤 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚:🧡 Coastal settings🧡 Marriage of convenience (I love this trope lol)🧡 Second chance🧡 Slow burn🧡 Forced proximity🧡 Laughs & banter🧡 Home renovation🧡 Epic epilogues
